Moving Forward...........

   I'm off today. Went for 2nd interview in Meru being interviewed by a Singaporean lady,Ms Wee she is a GHR for that Company. A very nice lady....


   After chit-chatting for a while, she started to talked about the package and asking when can i start working there but of course I need to give a month notice to my current Company. She was asking for the package I'm with now and she actually re-calculate again so that I am being offered a better pay rather than so little. But the pay she offered to me, are just lower a little. I took the offer without much consideration. 

  
     She let me know a Rules where, due to the Company needs to pay the agency for agent fee, so if I worked there less than a year I need to pay the fees as compensate them but of course I would have stay there although i knew it is gonna be a very tough road to walk. Who's never go through the difficult road before you found out it is easy. I took the challenge and I really hope I am able to handle it. 


      Before i left, she told me that she hope to see me when the next trip to this Company because currently the Pretty PA to George, Singapore GM named Pamela, handling the Payroll right now, this is what she told me. 


     I left the Company with a Smile and mum knows i got the job already. I am so happy that I can left the current Company which brings me sadness, whereby the only person I can trust is Yati  and she is my BFFs there. Once i reached home, she was on her msn and I told her that "Good News for me but Bad News for her". Tears dropping from our eyes already. She also said she wanna get a job soon since I'm leaving already. 

     I told W this and he suddenly feel so down and he called me and talked to me. He asked me a very weird question "Is there any guy in the Company"?? I started laughing and I answered which Company got no guys around? and this isn't a lady country~ He started to be so confused and talked as if tomorrow I'm leaving already. I know he wanted to tell me something but he is the one said when we're face to face only he will tell me. But it seems like he is telling a little but yet not everything, he said he is doesn't wanna be so rush and of course wants to understand me. Every girls want a good man where he can give everything he could. Hmm~
   
    Guess what, he realised that he wanna tell me this when he is face to face with me and he stop the conversation already but kept mumbling to himself saying...you're leaving soon, I'm just wanna started to know more about you, now I am unable to see you in office... =.=" I was thinking the policy in the Company where couples are not allowed to work in the Company just because few years ago there's a few couples met up from the Company. Even all the colleagues from this Company like each other but dare not to take action. (LOL) I'm the one telling them, who cares~ you aren't gonna work here for the rest of your life, you can't control your feelings and by the time both of you wanna get married only resign =) such a bad HR..but i guess i done it correctly. What is this rules for since sisters or brothers can work together? Am i right?


    Brother started asking me about the Company and my sis in law asking is there any Union in the Company? I replied yea, and she said it is gonna be so tough. I still think that I am willing to take up the challenge and work independently and happily. =) Moving forward to my career is the way that i want!! Jia YOU!! Gambateh neh!!!!!!!!!!
