Tired

I am so tired this few days...don't know why feeling so lazy..lazy walk, lazy work, lazy drive..I'm just feeling so tired and my lady boss not in a very good mood this few days. But every morning, she can came in and before she went in her room, she started to asked everyone on their jobs. But luckily its not me...my job was up to date, until that Benson's projects for Sunpower in Malacca, I given accounts for their workers costing everything but they want it to be recalculated again.

In the morning around 10 she was asking for it, and I went to look out for all the documents again just because they want us to redo for them starting August 2009 till this year. That time, i was busy with salary things and typing those Letter of Appointment, Acceptance of Resignation for those people, calling those candidates for interviews. Once I done all my letters, I started to calculate those manpower remunerations, soon till 5pm, OMG she just pass to me all the commissions and its 29th of the month, usually we have our salary already and another half an hour more we can go back already.


I started to work OT again, every month end I need to OT...so sickening just because my lady boss always give me last min...(is it because she doesn't want us to go back sharp?). I remember she said before, those who left early because they're too free and got nothing to do. Secondly, because they are lazy. I was actually thinking, how can she say so? Since office hours is like that, after that they got a choice to either work or go back. Everyone have family to be accompanied. Lazy? or Too Free?? Why is not those who stay back is those unable to finished up their work on time or don't really planned much on how and what they are doing? 


We always think differently. Sometimes, we just think that she cannot accept what are the youngsters thinking and the method of working is different. She just want us to adapt and follow her way. Is it every boss like that? I don't think so just because Sales Manager thinking differently..even MD also think differently. 


I'm tired...is it tired in here or tired of my life already? And is it need for a change already or still need to stay? Me, myself also don't know....
